Nature of the service
The service is a voice-based entertainment toy. Scores, ranks and commentary are AI-generated, for entertainment only, and are not a genuine assessment of any person or group, nor professional advice of any kind.
Top-ups and the shared pool
A paid "top-up" is a contribution to a site-wide shared pool of AI-verdict quota. Credited points join a pool used by all visitors — it is not a membership, not a subscription, and grants no exclusive entitlement; visitors who never pay use the same service. Points are credited at the conversion shown at the time of payment; the conversion may change with third-party costs, without affecting points already credited.
Payments and refunds
Transactions are handled by third-party platforms: Afdian, or Creem (which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions on the English pages — its terms and refund policy govern those transactions). Because credited points enter the shared pool immediately and begin to be consumed site-wide, refunds are generally not available. For duplicate charges or payment failures, contact the email below with your order number and we will work with the platform to resolve it.
Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the service to produce or spread unlawful content; (b) use automation to farm requests, evade rate limits or attack the service; (c) record attacks aimed at real individuals or identity groups, sexual content, or political content — such recordings are zero-scored or rejected. Yelling at the imaginary target in the prompt is the whole game; keep the fire there.
Availability
The service pauses when the shared pool is empty, during maintenance, or due to events beyond our control. It is provided "as is" with no promise of continuous availability; gameplay, topics and scoring may change at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or AI-generated content. You are responsible for what you record.
Age
If you are under 18, use the service with a guardian's knowledge.
Changes
Updated terms will be posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
